Tamara Jelić Kazić is a lawyer specialised in tax law. She is especially experienced in advising clients about the tax aspects of doing business in Croatia, transactional strategies within M&A procedures, and regulatory projections regarding potential investments.

She is an attorney-at-law as well as an accountant certified by the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has more than 15 years of experience providing international and domestic tax law advice. Prior to joining CMS, Tamara Jelić Kazić worked in one of the big four companies for half a decade.
Tamara Jelić Kazić advises clients from various industries on the tax-related implications of international transactions, the application of double taxation treaties, the restructuring of companies, indirect taxation as well as state aid and incentives. In addition to legal and tax-related transactional advisory, Tamara Jelić Kazić represents clients in tax proceedings and dispute resolution and deals with EU tax law on a daily basis. Practice has shown that considering the tax aspects of transactions are a necessity, which makes Tamara Jelić Kazić’s expertise a valuable contribution to understanding clients’ needs and improving their business.
