Tihana Balagović is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance team. She focuses on advising clients from the financial sector and is engaged in both transactional and regulatory work. Tihana previously worked for a London-based development bank, advising on cross-border investments in emerging markets, and in a law firm focusing on investments in energy and infrastructure. 

Tihana is experienced with various financial instruments, and has advised on project finance transactions, concession financing, syndicated loans, acquisition, trade and real estate financings, risk sharing facilities, the issuing of corporate bonds, the financing of banks and investments into private funds. She has a background working with regulated industries and is familiar with European regulation of financial industry and services.

Tihana is dually qualified, admitted as an attorney-at-law in Croatia and a solicitor in England and Wales.
