CMS North Macedonia has advised Linamar Corporation, a Canada-based advanced manufacturing company serving the mobility, access, agriculture, and MedTech industries, on all legal aspects of the acquisition of Dura-Shiloh’s battery enclosures factory in North Macedonia. The acquisition also included factories in the Czech Republic and the USA, with a total transaction value of USD 325 million.
This landmark acquisition is significant as it represents a milestone achieved in Linamar’s strategy of the transition towards an electrified mobility world.
