Client secondments These really help us to forge the best relationships with our clients while giving you the chance to experience a new industry or profession and see things from a client’s perspective.
International secondments We also have an extensive programme of secondments across CMS. For us, international secondments help us work as one team, regardless of international borders. For you, they can be hugely stimulating and rewarding life events.
If your secondment involves relocation, you will be fully supported both before and during your time overseas. We offer language tuition, significant assistance with the logistics of moving and much additional help to orient yourself and settle in.
You may also find you have opportunities to develop your career in other offices on a longer-term basis; again we will provide you with assistance, for example, with the logistics and expenses of relocation and with cultural and language training.
