• An international military vehicle manufacturing company in relation to an exclusive supply and ongoing maintenance contract, including the creation of a maintenance centre in Oman.
• The investment arm of the government of the Emirate of RasAl-Khaimah in relation to several shopping mall development projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including a detailed pre-sale assessment and due diligence exercise, followed by the negotiation and sale of the businesses to a Kenyan real-estate developer.
