Highlights of our experience in Hotels & Leisure in Oman

• An Omani government entity on the renegotiation of a development management agreement for a luxury hotel project in the Dhofar region, including the incorporation of KPIs, additional termination rights and contractual protection methods for the client.
• A Middle Eastern business on the investment, construction, development, management of the Marriott Marquis Hotel (including associated Franchise Agreements) and Convention Centre Development in Miami, Florida.
• An Omani government entity on its various rights, obligations and remedies under a shareholders’ agreement relating to the development of a mixed-use leisure and real estate project.
• An international listed company on its USD 2.9bn mixed-use real estate project for the development of approximately 245 acres of prime beachfront land facing the Gulf of Oman which will consist of 2,000 residential houses and ancillary infrastructure, a marina, two (2) x 3* hotels, one (1) x 4* hotel, one x (1) 5* hotel and cultural exhibition centre.
