Alexandru is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction team in Romania, specialised in real estate, construction, energy and environmental law.  He regularly advises investors and developers in the office, retail, industrial and logistics sectors in Romania and across the region. Alexandru’s practice includes general real estate advice, leasing and property management, construction and design, the acquisition and financing of retail, logistic and office developments, land title and concessions, renewable energy, oil & gas, agriculture and forestry, and project financing.  

He has advised on the acquisition and financing of numerous industrial real estate, shopping centres and office developments and has been extensively involved in due diligence exercises relating to potential acquisitions and projects in Romania.  Alexandru is also a member of the CMS pan-European Real Estate & Construction and Energy industry sector working groups.
