CMS Has Appointed Two New Partners in CEE


The international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz welcomes two new partners: Darina Baltadjieva and Raško Radovanović have been appointed partners at the CMS locations in Sofia and Belgrade.

We are very proud that right at the start of the year, two outstanding legal experts, who are valuable advisors to our clients, have joined the ranks of partners”, Peter Huber, Managing Partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, proudly comments on the appointment of Darina Baltadjieva and Raško Radovanović as partners in Sofia and Belgrade.

Darina Baltadjieva, who joined CMS in Sofia already in 2005, is an expert in corporate and commercial law as well as in real estate matters. In the commercial field, she especially focuses on and continuously develops work with the retail and manufacturing industries as the main contact person in Sofia. She graduated in law from Sofia University and is especially renowned for her collaborative approach when cooperating with colleagues and her high commitment in her work for clients.

Raško Radovanović has worked for CMS in Belgrade, where he heads the practice area of competition law, since 2010. Chambers has named him a leading expert in this field of law. He contributed to writing the first Serbian university-level textbook on competition law. Raško Radovanović completed a Master’s programme in law (LL.M.) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. At the moment, he is working on a doctoral thesis on competition law at the University of Vienna on top of research activities conducted in Serbia.
