Acting as a local legal adviser alongside King & Spalding, CMS Belgrade advised the syndicate of investment banks on Telekom Srbija’s landmark USD 900 million issue of international corporate bonds, its first international capital markets transaction. The transaction involved esteemed global financial institutions: Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group, MUFG Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, and UniCredit. This transaction represents a significant milestone as it is the largest inaugural high-yield bond offering in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa since 2014.
