Renowned Legal Figure and Former Justice Stefan Lindskog Joins CMS Wistrand as Senior Counsel

CMS Wistrand is thrilled to announce the appointment of Stefan Lindskog, an esteemed legal professional, to the role of Senior Counsel. His addition brings a wealth of experience and insight to our esteemed team.

With a career spanning both theoretical expertise and practical experience, Stefan Lindskog has held significant positions such as Chairman of the Swedish Supreme Court and board member of the Swedish Bar Association.

He is also familiar with our firm since earlier in his career. As a partner and lawyer at the firm, then known as Wistrand Advokatbyrå, Stefan Lindskog managed a diverse range of legal matters, from large corporate acquisitions to complex bankruptcy cases, with a particular focus on arbitration.

Stefan Lindskog's decision to join CMS Wistrand reflects his commitment to deepening his understanding of legal intricacies.
