Wistrand Advokatbyrå in Gothenburg has appointed Maria Kosteska Fägerquist as Chairman of the Board and Erik Ullberg as Managing Partner.
Maria joined Wistrand in 2005. She will in addition to her role as Chairman continue her practice advising on employment law matters and dispute resolution.
Erik joined Wistrand in 2004. In addition to being Managing Partner, he will continue his practice within Wistrand’s IP/TMC group focusing on intellectual property law, media & marketing law and data protection and privacy law.
Per Dalemo, former Chairman of the Board, will continue his work as chairman of Wistrand on a national level.
Lars Thunberg, who has been Managing Partner for the past 4 years, will stay on as a member of Wistrand’s national board of directors.
