Wistrand has advised in connection with Scandinavian communication full service agency Geelmuyden Kiese’s acquisition of the Swedish content agency Main Station in Sweden AB.
Geelmuyden Kiese is Scandinavia’s largest communications agency, with offices in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Main Station is specialised on content marketing and native advertising.
