Wistrand advises in connection with HydraSpecma's acquisition of Ymer Renewables AB

Wistrand has, in cooperation with lead counsel Kromann Reumert, advised the Danish industrial conglomerate Schouw & Co. and its subsidiary HydraSpecma A/S in connection with the acquisition of Ymer Renewables AB. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

HydraSpecma, which among other things delivers hydraulic solutions for wind turbines, is expanding its business in the wind industry through the acquisition. The deal value is SEK 835 million.

Wistrand's team has mainly consisted of partner in charge Per Dalemo, Hendrik Kangasmuukko (M&A/project lead), Erik Ullberg (IP/IT), Rudolf Laurin (Environment), Jeanette Jönsson (M&A/IP/IT), Emil Åstradsson (Real Estate), Alexandra Svensson (Employment), Annie Kolvik (Environment) and Viktoria Wnuk (Corporate).
