Wistrand Advokatbyrå has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) on its acquisition of KIFAB i Kalmar AB and HB Telemarken.
The acquisition consists of 24 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 136,000 sq.m. and with a rental income that in the 2022 level amounts to approximately SEK 158 million.
The seller is Kalmar Kommunbolag AB. Completion of the transaction with or without HB Telemarken requires the approval of Kalmar’s City Council, which is expected to take place in February 2022.
