Wistrand advises SBB on its aquisition of community service properties and building rights in Umeå

Wistrand has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) on its acquisition of a portfolio of 40,000 sq.m. and building rights of approximately 20,000 sq.m. BTA in Umedalen, Umeå in the northern part of Sweden.

The building stock mainly consists of training and care facilities. Rental income is mainly generated from municipal and regional leases. Together with SBB's existing properties in the area, SBB will after the acquisition own all community service properties on the former Umedalen's hospital area. The seller is Balticgruppen and Gazette
