Wistrand has advised the international sports media agency Spring Media on its merge with Future Sports Agency and investment by Helix Kapital.
Spring Media was founded in 2011 and is established internationally as a leading full-service sports media agency. Future Sports Agency also manages sports rights. In conjunction with the merge, Helix Kapital has invested in the joint venture.
Wistrand’s team was led by partner Robert Kullgren, assisted by senior associate Henrik Aurelius (M&A) and associate Linn Schmode (M&A).
