Acobia is a leading supplier of industrial automation solutions and products to customers in the public and private sectors in Sweden and Norway. Acobia was founded in 1995 and has approximately 60 employees at its three offices in Sweden and one in Norway.
As a result of the transaction, Acobia and Picca enter into a partnership and form a Scandinavian supplier of automation solutions and products with presence in Denmark, Norway and Sweden with a turnover of more than SEK 300 million. The group will continue to consolidate the fragmented and growing Scandinavian market for automation solutions and products in order to strengthen its offering to both customers and employees.
