Amarildo Qemalli is an Associate at CMS Albania, where he advises clients across multiple sectors on complex legal and regulatory matters. With practice focused on commercial, compliance, data protection, and immigration, Amarildo has developed particular expertise in legal compliance and cross-border operations. Since joining the firm in 2021 and rising to Associate in 2024, he has acted for international corporations, digital platforms, and private clients on high-stakes legal matters.
Amarildo plays an active role in the firm’s regulatory and data protection practice, regularly advising clients on GDPR compliance, consumer protection law, and digital services regulations.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from the University of Tirana and is currently pursuing admission to the Albanian Bar. He is fluent in English and has professional working proficiency in Italian and Spanish.
