朱王强先生为客户提供的咨询与服务涵盖生命科学和医疗保健行业所涉及的各个方面，包括公司法、知识产权及其他领域，为客户在公司法、商法、并购、专利权、商标保护、产品责任、分销协议和争议解决等方面遇到的问题提供建议。朱先生在税务重组和规划以及转让定价问题方面也具备丰富的专业知识和经验。

朱先生长年为企业提供咨询服务，拥有超过20年的经验，他所服务的客户中有众多欧洲企业，如医院、制药、医疗器械、化妆品和消费品公司等。

朱先生自2002年加入CMS。在此之前，他曾就职于一家法国律师事务所的上海办事处以及一家领先的中国律师事务所。
