Kyiv - Volodymyrska Street

The Volodymyrska Street office is located in Kyiv`s core downtown, near Zoloti Vorota (Golden Gates) metro station. You can access our offices via the entrance in the archway at 38 Volodymyrska Street.


Boryspil airport:

  • Tax: take an official taxi with fixed prices from the airport.  There is a taxi rank located at the first line of Terminal D.
  • Bus and metro: take the Sky Bus shuttle service.  Get off at  Kharkivska metro station. From “Kharkivska” underground station (green line) go to Zoloti Vorota metro station (green line).


Zhulyany airport:

  • Taxi
  • Metro: The metro stop is located 200 metres from terminal A, D and 50 meters away from terminal B. Take a trolley line No.22 and go down to Dorogozhychi metro station (green line). Take 2 stops to Zoloti Vorota metro.
  • Bus: No.482 or No.565 to Dorogochychi metro station.


Kyiv main railway station

Take the nearest (100m) metro station Vokzalna and for two stations toward downtown area. Get out at Teatralna metro station (red line) and switch over to Zoloti Vorota station (green line). Here take the exit to Zoloti Vorota. Our office is 100m away from Zoloti Vorota metro.

On 1 March 2018, the Na­tion­al Bank of Ukraine (the “NBU”) is­sued Reg­u­la­tion No. 19 (“Reg­u­la­tion No. 19”) amend­ing cer­tain ex­ist­ing NBU reg­u­la­tions re­gard­ing cur­rency con­trols. Reg­u­la­tion No. 19 be­came ef­fect­ive on 3 March 2018 and is part of the on-go­ing lib­er­al­isa­tion.

Leaked doc­u­ment re­veals EU pro­pos­als for tax­ing the Di­git­al Eco­nomy
A leaked European Com­mis­sion doc­u­ment (dated 26 Feb­ru­ary 2018 and avail­able here) re­veals an in­sight in­to the EU’s in­ten­tions re­gard­ing tax­ing the di­git­al eco­nomy. The draft pro­pos­al notes there is a con­tinu­ing mis­match between where profits are taxed and value.
