Besnik Duraj

Besnik Duraj is a Partner at CMS Albania and advises a broad range of domestic and multinational clients operating in Albania and Kosovo. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including domestic and cross-border M&A, intellectual property, renewable energy, banking and finance, public procurement, large infrastructure projects, and employment law.

Besnik represents clients across sectors such as energy, oil and gas, travel and leisure, fintech, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and insurance. He also leads the firm’s litigation practice, with significant experience in commercial, administrative, tax, and customs disputes.

Before joining CMS, Besnik held roles at leading international and regional firms, including PwC, Eversheds, and Drakopoulos, gaining extensive experience across complex transactional and contentious matters.
