CMS has assisted 4iG on the indirect acquisition of One Telecommunications, upon acquiring all the shares in the Bulgarian company Albania Telecom Invest. One Telecommunications is a major telecommunication operator, with a history of 25 years in Albania. The acquisition transaction has been cleared by the competent Albanian authorities, making 4iG one of the most important investors in the country.
