Merseda joined CMS Albania in 2019 as an associate. She completed her Law LLB degree in 2010 and is currently undertaking a Masters in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining the CMS office, Merseda developed sector focused legal experiences working in a construction and a large telecommunication company. Having worked as an in-house lawyer in a telecommunication company for 8 years, equipped Merseda with the required expertise and skills to be a corporate legal specialist.
Since joining CMS Albania, Merseda has provided legal advice to multiple clients on competition and antitrust, employment and telecommunication, as well as being a valuable part of our litigation team.
