Hanna is a senior associate in our Dubai office, where she is part of the Corporate Transactions team. Hanna trained and practice at a London-based law firm before joining our Dubai office in 2019 where she assists with matters including domestic and international M&A, private equity, joint venture, investment funds, corporate establishments & reorganisations and general corporate and commercial advisory.

  • A Middle East based start-up on its Series B fundraise. 
  • A classifieds business based in the Middle East and North Africa on its acquisition of an online classifieds business in Thailand. 
  • AW Rostamani on its investment into Lebanese-founded technology business Seez. 
  • Inflexion Private Equity on its acquisition of Marley Limited.
  • The Carlyle Group on the sale of graze (the snack company) to Unilever.
  • Phoenix Equity Partners on its acquisition of Capital Economics Research Limited (Capital Economics) from sellers including LDC (the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group plc).
  • Bridgepoint Growth on its acquisition of Try Market Halls.
  • Bridgepoint Development Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in PEI Media.
  • 3i Group plc on the sale of ESG Investments.
  • ICG on its acquisition of the NSL Group.
  • Two large strategic buyers, on separate occasions, on their evaluation of and preparation for the potential acquisition of technology-focused companies and conducting detailed legal due diligence on the target companies.
