Louise is an Associate in the Corporate team at CMS. She advises corporate, private equity and sovereign-backed clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters, with particular experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Louise trained with the firm in London, spent two years in CMS's Dubai office, and transferred back to London in 2026. She has worked on a broad range of high-value and multi-jurisdictional transactions spanning the real estate, technology, financial services, consumer, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
