Louise is an associate in our corporate team based in the CMS Dubai Office. She joined the firm in 2022 and trained in our Dubai and London offices.

  • Aldar Properties PJSC on the acquisition of London Square Developments for an enterprise value in excess of £230m.
  • A major telecommunications company with their multi-million pound acquisition of a consulting technology solutions company.
  • A major multinational tech clients regarding regulatory guidance in the UAE.
  • Phoenix Equity Partners on their acquisition and majority investment in the 4most Group, a leading analytics consultancy service in the financial services sector, for an enterprise value in excess of £110m.
  • Dains Accountants, a Horizon Capital backed platform, on their acquisition and investment into the Opto Group.
  • UK AI start-up, InstaDeep, on its £562m acquisition by German Pharma Group, BioNTech, a notable player in the Covid-19 vaccine sector.
  • Various investment rounds, including L.Catterton’s investment into Forte Organics.
