Louise is an associate in the Corporate team in our Dubai office. She advises corporate and sovereign backed clients on domestic and cross border M&A and general corporate matters, with particular experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Louise trained with the firm in its Dubai and London offices and has worked on a wide range of high value transactions spanning the real estate, technology, financial services, telecommunications and consumer sectors.
