Sam is an Associate in the Energy & Infrastructure team in Dubai. Prior to qualification, relevant experience includes working in EPC (Power Projects) in London and EPC in the UAE (Projects). 

This experience includes working on international renewable energy projects (particularly solar and wind projects) across the Middle East and Europe, spanning legal tendering, client advice for public and private entities, and legal documentation. Sam has also worked on utilities regulation in the Middle East and Europe, in addition to assisting with international oil & gas due diligence and documentation drafting.

This experience includes working on commercial infrastructure projects in relation to education, healthcare, and renewable energy projects (in particular solar and wind) across the Middle East and Europe. This work primarily focuses on Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) Projects and tendering in relation to public bodies.
