This included advice on visa and work permit issues, benefit arrangements, individual income tax issue of expats, review of the labour dispatch agreement and reimbursement of costs;
  • Advising a wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary of a multinational group active in the fields of combustion technology, environmental monitoring and environmental data management on seconding employees from the overseas shareholder to the Chinese subsidiary. This included advice on visa and work permit issues, benefit arrangements, individual income tax issue of expats, review of the labour dispatch agreement and reimbursement of costs;
  • Advising a German company active in automation technology, material handling solutions, intralogistics and customized mechanical engineering on visa and work permit issues of its foreign employees; and
  • Advising a branded automotive company on visa and work permit issues and other settling-down issue of its foreign employees (expats).
