CMS, China held a seminar with Dr. Zhu Jun, Deputy Professor of Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and his students in our Shanghai office on 22 November 2019. Dr. Ulrike Glueck, Managing Partner of CMS, China Shanghai office, gave a welcome speech and introduced CMS to Dr. Zhu and the students. Jeanette Yu, Partner and Head of Employment & Pensions of CMS, China, together with Sophy Wang and Ada Hua from CMS, China employment team, shared their insights on PRC employment law and discussed with the attendees on legal issues on non-competition obligations of employees in China from both theoretical and practical points of view.
