Philipp Senff contributes to New Compliance Management Handbook

Philipp Senff, Partner and Head of Compliance at CMS China, belongs to the team of authors, who have developed a practical compliance and risk management guidance for senior executives in Germany, China and abroad. The new edition of the book “Compliance Management Handbook: Conceptual Foundations, Practical Success Factors, Global Challenges” (1140 pages), which is in German language, has been released in July 2025 by the publishing house Erich Schmidt Verlag. Mr. Senff has contributed the China chapter of this book “Corporate Risk Management in China: Top 5 Hints for CEOs and CFOs in Germany with business in China”.
