Anqi is an associate in the Beijing team, specialising in corporate and commercial transactions, data compliance, and intellectual property. Anqi has detailed knowledge of the compliance and transaction regulatory frameworks in a wide range of industries, including TMC, automotive, energy, healthcare, and SMEs, amongst others.
Before joining CMS, Anqi practiced at a top-tier international law firm, where she advised multinational clients on complex commercial agreements, foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A transactions, outbound investment, and wide range of regulatory compliance matters. She has a strong understanding of the Chinese day-to-day business practice and regulatory environment.
