Aubrey Tao is a Counsel at CMS China Shanghai Office. Aubrey focuses on corporate, M&A and commercial practice areas. She has more than 15 years of experience in supporting clients in general corporate matters, cross-border M&A transactions and commercial contracts issues. She also has extensive experience in aircraft leasing and financing issues.
Before joining CMS China, she worked in another international law firm, a Chinese airline and a financial leasing company.
