Chase is Associate at CMS Shanghai Office. He focuses on the employment practice area and has been advising clients on employment issues, including labour contract, hiring and terminating employees, non-competition and trade secret, work permit, secondment and visa issues of expatriates as well as providing advice on labour disputes and employment related due diligences since 2017. He has also advised clients on compliance issues such as compliance policies and misconduct investigation, etc.
Before joining CMS, China, Chase worked as Employment Counsel in an international company and worked in a local law firm focused on employment matters.
