Jialin Zhu is a senior associate in Beijing. She specialises in a range of corporate and commercial related matters, including foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A transactions, outbound investment, and general corporate matters. Jialin also advises clients in due diligence, compliance, employment matters, dispute resolution, and competition, particularly in the Life Sciences & Healthcare, TMC and Energy sectors.
Jialin received her Juris Master degree from Renmin University of China and LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
