Panpan Tang is Senior Associate at Shanghai Office. She has been providing advice on intellectual property, information technology, technology, media and telecommunications, e-commerce, data protection issues as well as IP related due diligences in M&A projects since 2015. She has also provided advice to multinational companies on specific issues such as privacy policies, data cross-border transmission, data sharing contracts, etc.
Before joining the Shanghai Office, Panpan worked as IP specialist in a French automotive company.
