Ray Li is Senior Associate at CMS Shanghai Office. He focuses on general corporate, commercial and real estate issues. He has been advising companies and investors on general corporate issues, commercial contracts as well as on acquisition, sale, construction and leasing of real estate properties since 2014.
Before joining CMS, China, Ray worked as a senior legal manager at a venture capital firm and a real estate investment company in China. He also worked as an associate at both Chinese and foreign law firms in China.
