Stephen Wu is Counsel at Shanghai Office. He mainly focuses on corporate, commercial and product liability practice areas. He has been advising clients in general corporate law, foreign direct investment and commercial issues since 2007. His expertise also covers other legal areas including corporate governance and product liability issues.

Before joining the Shanghai Office, Stephen worked in another international law firm.

  • Advising a German sports car manufacturer on various commercial contracts;
  • Advising an international supplier for automotive industry on product liability issues in the PRC;
  • Advising a manufacturer of rubber, thermoplastic elastomer and polymer products on contractual issues;
  • Advising a long-standing supplier for the automobile industry on supply contracts;
  • Advising a multinational manufacturer of electronic components and systems on distribution agreements;
  • Advising a German manufacturer on contract and commercial issues;
  • Advising a company engaging in assembly and distribution of packaging machines on contract law and product liability issues.

  • 2005 – Passed the First State Exam of Law in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
