Yedi is an associate in the Shanghai Office of CMS, China. She focuses on competition and corporate law. She has been advising foreign and Chinese companies on antitrust and competition matters since 2019, including assisting with merger control filings, advising on various competition law issues such as joint ventures, cooperation agreements and the establishment of distribution networks, and representing clients in dawn raids and investigations. Her services cover a number of industry sectors, including automotive, e-commerce, chemicals, energy and finance.

Before joining CMS, China, Yedi worked as associate in a reputable domestic law firm in China.
