On February 25, 2020, Rotary Club (https://www.rotary.org/en/about-rotary) organized an online meeting on Covid-19. Dr. Ulrike Glueck, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate Practice Area Group of CMS, China has been invited to give an introduction on Covid-19 impact and practice on legal and contracts.
Ulrike analyzed the Covid-19 impact on employers, employees and the impact on contracts.
