Dr. Ulrike Glueck, Managing Partner of CMS, China Shanghai Office and Head of Corporate Practice Area Group has been recognised as one of China's Top Lawyers by China Business Law Journal (CBLJ). This is the fifth time for Mrs. Glueck to be ranked in the list.
CBLJ conducted the annual survey based on thousands of recommendations from corporate legal counsel, senior officers and legal colleagues combined with the CBLJ editorial team’s years of collective experience in documenting and analyzing China’s legal market and finally selected 200 elite lawyers which comprise 100 practitioners of Chinese law and 100 international lawyers committed to China-related businesses.
Mrs. Glueck has been working on-site in China since 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience in China-related works. She has been recognised as a renowned China expert and one of the leading lawyers advising international companies on M&A transactions and restructuring projects in China.
