EC: Draft Commission Delegated Regulation in relation to MiFiR

The EC has published this draft Regulation which amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1799 as regards the exemption of the People’s Bank of China from the pre- and post-trade transparency requirements in MiFIR. Comments are invited, to be received by 6 February 2019.
