The second session will focus on structuring of the SPA (Share Purchase Agreement). Our speakers will present the legal requirements which should be taken into account when concluding a sale or an acquisition of real estate, including reps and warranties, indemnities and limitations. Participants at the session will also be hearing about the very important tax aspects that come along in M&A transactions, with particular focus on real estate.
The CMS Property Transactions Summer Academy is a series of 3 seminars aimed at young real estate professionals that want to learn more about the various aspects of property transactions.
