The third session will summarise the aspects of the post-closing phase of a real estate transaction. In addition to legal requirements, our speakers will talk about the specifics of title insurance, warranty and indemnity insurance as well as the financing aspects and will further share their experience from recent transactions.

This final session will be followed by drinks and nibbles for all the participants.

The CMS Property Transactions Summer Academy is a series of 3 seminars aimed at young real estate professionals that want to learn more about the various aspects of property transactions.
