The first session will provide a general overview of different types of investors active in the Czech Republic and how their requirements overlap with typical investment opportunities. Given this review of the investment market, our speakers will focus on the important pre-transactional steps such as deal brokerage and transaction underwriting. We will also look into the legal and commercial aspect of the transaction processing by considering various routes to market and, once a deal is under LOI, the commercial and legal aspects of buyer's due diligence.
The CMS Property Transactions Summer Academy is a series of 3 seminars aimed at young real estate professionals that want to learn more about the various aspects of property transactions.
