CMS advises Accolade on financing for industrial development in Ostrov

CMS has advised Accolade Holding, a.s. on financing for the development of a new industrial hall at Park Ostrov North in Ostrov, the Karlovy Vary Region. The financing was provided by Česká spořitelna, a.s., acting as agent, and ING Bank N.V., organizační složka.
The financing supports the next phase of Park Ostrov North, which will add approximately 46,500sqm of modern industrial space on the site of the former Škoda factory, one of the largest brownfield sites in the Czech Republic. The current phase targets the highest level of BREEAM New Construction certification and incorporates energy-efficient technologies.
The completion of the development is planned for March 2027. Once completed, the park will provide approximately 124,000sqm of space dedicated for distribution and production in two buildings.
The CMS team was led by Leoš Vavřík under the supervision of Petra Myšáková and supported by Vladimír Zemaník (Banking & Finance) and other members of the team.
The transaction further strengthens CMS’s established relationship with Accolade. The firm has previously advised on a number of significant mandates, including the refinancing of Brno Airport Park, real estate financing for the BTS Kladno project and the refinancing of Accolade’s industrial portfolio in Spain.
