Petra Myšáková is a banking and finance expert with a strong track record in delivering complex and innovative solutions for acquisition/leveraged and real estate financings, asset-based and structured finance products. She has a deep understanding of conflict-of-laws issues, especially regarding contractual and non-contractual obligations. She has successfully advised on many cross-border and domestic deals when representing lenders as well as borrowers. Petra is a sought-after speaker on finance topics as well as a co-author of the leading commentary on the Czech Civil Code and the first-ever banking and finance practitioners' guide published in the Czech Republic. 

Petra's expertise in banking and finance is widely recognised and respected by the top international and Czech legal directories, such as Chambers, IFLR1000, Legal 500, 100 best women in the Czech legal business (TOP 100 žen českého právního businessu) and 131 inspirational women in finance (#FinŽeny – 131 inspirativních žen českého finančního světa).   • A club of Czech banks led by Česká spořitelna on complex cross-border financing for the Smarty BRANDS. Group. The financing serves to refinance the group's existing indebtedness while also providing additional funds for operational needs of the group and its investment targets.
  • A club of Czech banks led by Česká spořitelna on complex financing for the SILON Group, including a sustainability linked loan, which is linked to the environmental goals of the entire group.
  • A club of banks consisting of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia and Československá obchodní banka on complex refinancing for the existing debt of EUROMEDIA GROUP and financing for the acquisition of a 100% share in PEMIC BOOKS.
  • A syndicate of Czech and Slovak banks, led by Komerční banka, on a EUR 130m top-up facility to Penta Hospitals International. This transaction increases the total loans under the existing facilities to EUR 280m, underscoring Penta Hospitals International's robust performance and promising growth trajectory across the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia.
  • A consortium of Czech banks led by Komerční banka, and further consisting of Česká spořitelna, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Všeobecná úverová banka, on a club financing for NET4GAS, the exclusive gas transmission system operator in the Czech Republic (and wholly owned by the Czech Republic) operating more than 4,000 km of pipelines.
  • Komerční banka, one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic, on a senior revolving credit facility granted to České dráhy (Czech Railways), the main Czech rail transportation provider, which allowed Czech Railways to maintain its credit rating.
  • PPF Bank on the real estate financing of industrial park in Gorzow, Poland, which it is one of the few instances where a Czech bank is financing a real estate project located solely abroad.
  • Komerční banka on the financing for the acquisition of Mercedes Benz Praha car dealerships. The new owner, the French RCM Group, is also a distributor of Toyota, Lexus, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Bénéteau brands.
  • Air Lease Corporation on takeover of a master agreement and a servicing contract relating to two aircraft from an insolvent Swedish airline operator.
  • Československá obchodní banka and the banks' club on financing for El Nino Group, a cosmetic and e-shop company, in the worsening financial situation of the borrower’s group.
