Lukáš Reichmann is an Associate in the Energy, Projects and Construction team and supports on corporate, transactional, commercial and employment matters at CMS Prague. He focuses on providing regulatory support to significant local, regional and international clients active in the energy sector. He also has transactional expertise and is experienced at assisting clients with due diligence exercises and prepares transaction documentation.
Lukáš also advises local and international clients from the energy, automotive, rea estate and construction sectors on day-to-day corporate and commercial issues, including on corporate restructurings and employment-related issues.
