Lukáš Reichmann is an Associate in CMS Prague’s Energy, Projects and Construction team, specialising in both general and sector specific (energy and renewables) M&A and related regulatory and corporate governance matters.
He advises international investors, developers and infrastructure funds on the full transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, acquisitions and disposals of assets, portfolio transactions and post closing corporate and regulatory implementation. Lukáš is particularly valued for his commercially minded approach to legal challenges, his ability for keeping complex projects on track, and his focus on delivering practical, goal-driven results.
Lukáš has significant experience advising on transactions involving business interests in the Czech Republic and the wider CEE region and works closely with CMS’s regional energy and M&A teams on cross-sector and cross border mandates.
