Industrial group Montana Tech Components AG (MTC) has taken over the Croatian AluFlexPack Group. International law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz supported the seller, Hypo Alpe Adria, during the entire sale and auctioning process. The contracts were signed and closed a few days ago, completing the transaction regarding its financial aspects. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
