Dina Čeliković is an experienced lawyer for corporate, competition, and EU law. Since joining the team as attorney-at-law in 2022, she has supported complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across their various stages, from preparation and due diligence to transaction documentation and closing.
A significant part of Dina’s practice involves a broad range of competition law matters. She assists with merger filings and advises clients on horizontal and vertical restraints, abuse of dominance, and other competition compliance matters. She is also involved in advising on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and other matters of EU law.
In addition to her transactional and competition practice, Dina has experience in corporate restructurings and complex corporate and regulatory matters. Combining her knowledge of corporate, competition, and EU law is a key strength in providing clients with comprehensive legal support.
Dina is fluent in Croatian and English.
