Dina Čeliković joined the CMS team in 2022. She primarily works in the fields of corporate law and M&A transactions, where she provides support with due diligence processes, transactions, corporate changes and producing legal opinions on specific issues. Dina also works in the fields of commercial law and data protection providing full support ranging from producing legal opinions and compliance assessments to drafting of contracts and other relevant documents.
