Dragan Tripalo is a tax consultant with a focus on corporate income tax, in particular transfer pricing, as well as VAT and customs duties. He provides day-to-day tax advice to private clients and to Croatian and international companies, advising on the tax implications of transactions across a wide range of industries.
Dragan is an electronics and telecommunications engineer and a certified internal auditor, which allows him to approach tax matters with a strong technical and analytical perspective. He has been a member of the CMS Zagreb team since 2009.
