Dragan Tripalo is a consultant who specialises in tax law. His particularly specialty is corporate income tax, with a specific focus on transfer pricing issues, personal income tax, VAT and customs duties as well as international taxation including double tax treaties. He provides day-to-day tax advice to private clients as well as Croatian and foreign companies in relation to the tax consequences of transactions in all types of industries.
Dragan Tripalo is an electronics and telecommunications engineer and a certified internal auditor. He joined CMS in Zagreb in 2009.
