Dragan Tripalo is a consultant specialised in tax law. He particularly specialises in corporate income tax, with a specific focus on transfer pricing issues, personal income tax, VAT and customs duties as well as international taxation including double tax treaties. He provides day-to-day tax advice to private clients as well as Croatian and foreign companies in relation to tax consequences of transactions in all types of industries.

Previous work experience / training

Dragan Tripalo is an electronics and telecommunications engineer and a certified internal auditor. He joined CMS Zagreb in 2009.
