Manuel Kralj is a very experienced lawyer for corporate, competition and EU law. He joined CMS as an attorney-at-law in 2023 and focuses particularly on M&A, supporting the co-lead of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Manuel Kralj has proven track record in transactions across a range of industries, particularly manufacturing, IT and new technologies, finance, energy, and real estate. He also advises on corporate restructurings and financing, capital markets, and other corporate and commercial law matters. Through his experience across different sectors, he assesses legal issues in light of their commercial and business implications.
In competition law, Manuel Kralj advises clients on all aspects of compliance, particularly merger filings, horizontal and vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance. He also advises on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and other transaction-related regulatory matters, as well as other areas of EU law.
